Job Summary

The Bulk Loadout & Receiving Operator role is an hourly position, responsible for the safe operation of the bulk loading and inbound bulk receiving processes on their assigned shift. The position works to consistently ship and receive finished products and ingredients which meet quality standards and our customer expectations.

Job Description

  • Ensure accurate transfer of bulk finished product from holding bin to trailer compartment while maintaining certified weighment.

  • Ensure accurate transfer of inbound bulk ingredients from trailer to holding bin.

  • Responsible for performing quality checks on both inbound ingredients and outbound finished products per respective SOP.

  • Ability to operate semi-tractor on yard to spot trailers for loading and unloading.

  • Responsible for calculating process yields and visually inspecting finished product integrity as the last check prior to releasing ADM product to market.

  • Visually inspect inbound product and documentation for supplier integrity.

  • Help out other areas of the production team when needed.

  • Monitor the workplace for improvements and safety concerns.

  • Responsible for ensuring area is kept clean and document all listed housekeeping duties on Sanitation records.

  • Responsible for participating and managing record keeping, safety, quality, and production related activities

  • Provide feedback, mentoring, coaching and direct observation of operator performance

  • Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned by management

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent

  • 1-5 years of manufacturing and/or warehousing experience, or proven proficiency

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to operate a forklift and tow motor safely

  • Must have proven proficiency in most aspects of the production/warehouse facility

  • Must have a valid Nebraska driver’s license
