CUSTOMER CARE ADMIN SUPPORT - Decatur, IL
ADM OILS
This is a full time non-exempt position.
The successful candidate will have administrative duties along with exposure to collections, billing, order entry/scheduling, contract entry/maintenance and logistics management within a fast paced Customer Service & Sales environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Enter and maintain sales and purchase contracts
Process all put-thru station paperwork & maintain inventory sheets
Process payments to outside vendors
Research & bill truck detention charges to customers
Assist with order entry, cancellations, and changes
Document Processing for Customer requests
Process Export Documentation for shipments into Canada & Mexico
Assist with collections and receivables
Cross training on CCS responsibilities
Other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to multi task is crucial to being successful in this job. Must adapt and perform consistently in a fast paced environment.
Exceptional verbal & written communication, & organizational skills
High regard for accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to collaborate well in a team environment. Must be committed to group goals and objectives and continually seek to improve
Must be able to receive direction from others and work independently while managing priorities
Must have a friendly & positive disposition
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook required. ADM systems a plus.
Proficiency in clerical skills including keyboarding, data entry, filing, scanning, faxing and photo copying
Relocation assistance is not available with this position.
