Position Summary:

The Finance Manager is responsible to provide financial support through analyzing data, developing financial plans, drawing conclusions and summarizing insights for leaders making critical business decisions. This role focuses on supporting Human Resource and Global Communication teams and builds alignment between enterprise human capital metrics and financial metrics. The ideal candidate must be able to leverage their financial skills and experiences to effectively partner with and support functional leadership.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate preparation and reporting of annual plan, monthly forecasts, key performance measures, and performance reporting for HR Leadership

  • Manage enterprise Human Capital Planning through collaboration and coordination between cross functional teams; consolidate and report on enterprise wide metrics

  • Drive governance and standardization of cost center hierarchy in Employee Central to ensure alignment with finance reporting structures to improve quality and efficiency of headcount metrics

  • Liaison with Corporate Controller on financial impacts and/or process changes with regards to ADM’s Total Rewards programs

  • Ability to influence others within a matrix environment

  • Support financial questions and requests from the HR and Global Communications teams

Education and Capabilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA is a plus

  • Minimum of 5-year experience in finance related areas, experience in FP&A, controlling, auditing, or accounting is a plus

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills

  • Good communication skills – objective, clear, concise, both written and verbal

  • Experience with dynamic visualization of data in Power Point and other presentation materials

  • Good organization skills to manage multiple priorities in a matrix environment
