HR Data Analyst
This position will be located in Decatur, IL
This is an exempt level position
Provide reporting and data analysis support to the HR department for the North America region. In this fast paced and evolving environment, responsibilities include working with SuccessFactors Employee Central, data cleansing efforts, and ad-hoc reporting for employee data. This individual will report to the Manager, HR Data and Analytics.
Responsible for creating and maintaining all reporting in SuccessFactors Employee Central for North America
Supports business need for ad-hoc reporting from Employee Central
Uses critical thinking to review data requests and assess underlying needs for data
Ensures quality assurance of key human resources data sets and reports
Collaborates with HR leaders to promote data governance and stewardship, and to improve overall strategic and operational performance and insight
Responsible for HR data integrity and cleansing efforts for the region
3-5 years’ experience with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field is required.
MS Office Excel for data analysis and Macros (.Net, VBA)
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience
Experience in human capital reporting and analytics
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment; working effectively with various personalities
Must be a team player who is curious, self-motivated ( with proven ability to work independently )
High level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while being flexible to change and comfortable with ambiguity
Ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels in an open and responsive manner
Ability to anticipate problems and opportunities and the initiative to pursue solutions
High attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and written skills with the ability to effectively build relationships with all levels of management
