This position will be located in Decatur, IL

This is an exempt level position

Position Summary

The organizational administrator provides support for HRIS foundational data for the North America region. In this fast paced and evolving environment, responsibilities include working with SuccessFactors Employee Central, data cleansing efforts, and managing foundational objects within the system. This individual will report to the Manager, HR Data and Analytics.

Job Responsibilities

  • Administering and managing organization, pay, job and position structures

  • Responsible for making updates in the system including creating new job classifications or modifying existing position structures

  • Reviews position structures and evaluates needs for edits, additions, and removals

  • Maintains knowledge of headcount and organizational structures in order to make decisions on foundational data

  • Ensures quality assurance of key human resources data

  • Evaluates root cause of data issues and makes corrections when needed

  • Responsible for HR data integrity and cleansing efforts for the region

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years’ experience with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field is required.

  • Minimum Qualifications:

  • MS Office Excel for data analysis and Macros (.Net, VBA)

  • Experience with HR foundational data

  • HRIS experience

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience

  • Experience in human capital reporting and analytics

  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment; working effectively with various personalities

  • Must be a team player who is curious, self-motivated (with proven ability to work independently)

  • High level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while being flexible to change and comfortable with ambiguity

  • Ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels in an open and responsive manner

  • Ability to anticipate problems and opportunities and the initiative to pursue solutions

  • High attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal and written skills with the ability to effectively build relationships with all levels of management
