This is a full-time, exempt position.

Role Description:

The Global Technology Development Organization is aligned within the enterprise process framework to the Accountable Executive/Global Process Owner (AE/GPO) organization for the purpose of business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management. As a member of the Global Technology Organization, a GT Automation Developer you will be responsible for understanding the AS-IS process and designing the TO-BE process workflow, automation design and develop automations using RPA and scripting tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and understanding the business processes

  • Identifying and communicating the technical software requirements

  • Design automated solutions in accordance with Enterprise Leading Practices and design principles.

  • Work with Process SMEs to document the process and automation solutions.

  • Assist and write SDDs the clearly document the TO-BE process workflow and automation design.

  • Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.

  • Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases

  • Develop and test automation processes including unit and integration testing.

  • Analyze and resolve automation software issues where required.

  • Participate in peer review of solution designs.

  • Support business process owners during user acceptance testing.

  • Identify and communicate risks associated with process automation candidates.

  • Support investigation and remediation of test and production issues.

  • Support production deployments processes and performance testing.

  • Provide inputs and lessons learned from the automation development and production issues handled.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in software development

  • 3+ years of experience in automation development using tools Power Automate, Automation Anywhere or UiPath.

  • Knowledge of programming languages like .Net, Java, Python, PowerShell, JavaScript etc.

  • Knowledge of business process modeling, reengineering and designing.

  • Experience with designing automated solution using RPA.

  • Knowledge using Process mining tools.

  • Awareness of standard SDLC (e.g. Agile, Scrum etc.) and change control processes.

  • Ability blend business and technical analysis to develop efficient process automation.

  • Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to non-technical audience.

  • Experience developing and testing software.

  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed to achieve business objectives.

  • Technical Leader in Automation space and has the ability to train and mentor others.
