The GT Sr Integrations Development Manager is responsible for establishing and driving activities that contribute to planning, budgeting, resourcing, creating, and implementing a Integration Development strategy for technology aligned with ADM Applications’ Platforms strategic business plan. This position will direct the Integration Services best practices (COE), development strategy, development standards, implementation effectiveness, and support of core development resources to be effective, manage the team with high engagement. This person will have been a people leader with a solid technology background in Azure Integrations, SAP Integrations, Integration Support needs and a generalist of best practices for overall integration practices, whether cloud components or internal build API’s.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a leader to define, own and build an Integrations Center of Excellence. Experience in Cloud Integrations which include:

  • Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hub, Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, Azure Web Apps, API Apps, Azure SQL DB, Web Jobs, Azure KeyVault, Azure AD, Azure Blob, etc.)

  • SAP (CPI, PIPO and future Integration Services Suite

  • Support needs for those technologies which include daily support, monthly reporting and ability for life cycle management leadership activity.

You will work cross-functionally with Enterprise Architecture and other teams to build high quality, high performance, solid user experience and ultimately ensures the entire solutions have the appropriate results for our customer. Center of Excellence focused practices is required.

In summary you are:

  • Establishing a Center of Excellence for Technical practices in the Integration Services Org

  • 10+ years of experience developing Integration Services in various technologies.

  • 5+ years leading and managing technical resources and experience in leadership roles.

  • Knowledge of Integration best practices and ensuring they are propagated to ADM and vendor resources. Includes onboarding new resources to easily adapt into our organization.

  • Experience with dealing with key integration areas that are internal and external needs for the company. Cloud and on-prem.

  • Understands and delivery security best practices that adhere to company policy and standards.

  • Multiple full-lifecycle management methodologies, Automated Build/Deploy deliveries, Repo usage and definitions.

  • Exhibit's ability to work both in a team environment and independently.

  • Understands how to grow and bring the best out of the team and individuals.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and with all levels of the organization and cope with rapidly changing information.

  • Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of an organization how current trends and technology can address identified business needs and capabilities.

  • Expected to work occasional weekends, holidays, overtime, or a variety of shifts, when needed, to meet deadlines.

  • Ability and willingness to travel by auto and air as needed to achieve business objectives.

  • Deep understanding of the ADM Integration Landscape

  • Provides recommendations for building up a highly valued organization which includes coaching, training opportunities and overall leadership value.

  • Communicates with your leader on a regular basis to keep him/her apprised.

  • Extensive development experience using various integration technologies.

  • Ability to work to bring in new ideas from Integration Community

  • Responsible for cross-functional collaborations and liaising with infrastructure & Operations Engineering group.

  • Building strong relationships with operational leaders through comprehensive, effective communications, actionable information delivery, along with oversight of service delivery with a focus on strategic investment and expense management

  • Directing and managing assigned resources to support the effective execution and management of the Integration Services Org

  • Engaging Senior IT leadership, both technical and managerial, for review of architecture and standards. Collaborates with Leaders, Architects and partners across the organization from a strategic and tactical perspective to produce & support quality software.

  • Providing overall leadership to assigned project teams and creates an environment where team members are motivated to perform.

  • Exhibits ability to work both in a team environment and independently.

  • Demonstrated high level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate technical information, ideas, procedures and processes.

  • Interact and deal effectively with all levels of employees while maintaining a professional manner; willingness and effectiveness in challenging the status-quo.

  • Maintains a positive work environment through teamwork & conflict resolution.

  • Ability and willingness to travel by auto and air as needed to achieve business objectives.

  • Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum.

Preferred technical background skills

  • Hands-on experience with Azure, SAP Integration Suite and other prior technologies

  • Active technical awareness (Developer, Advanced Developer, Admin).

  • Previous custom development experience in implementing other technologies stacks such as Java or .NET.

  • Data Integration Experience. Web services development experience.

  • Knowledge of integration architecture as well as third-party integration tools to allow for best fit solutions to meet the business needs

  • Best practices and usage of CI/CD technologies for build/deploy automation
