Job Description:

As a member of the North America PMO team, the Global Technology Sr. Project Manager will lead one or more E2E teams through planning and execution of Solution Delivery activities as defined in the 1ADM methodology in support of the overall Solution Delivery program objectives and timeline

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensures accurate and up to date tracking and reporting of execution against plan within E2E

  • Provides clear forecasting of E2E resource supply and demand (including internal, business and partner resources) across all release demands; highlights any staffing risks or issues.

  • Identifies and manages any concerns, risks, issues, project dependencies, and project conflicts to the PMO and appropriate leadership in a proactive and timely manner

  • Ensures that project deliverables are reviewed and signed off in accordance with schedule and commercial objectives

  • Supports pre- and post-mortem activities for Solution Delivery in the spirit of proactive risk management and continuous improvement

  • Partners with E2E leadership to lead the team through planning and execution of Solution Delivery Playbooks with active stakeholder engagement and buy in; follows consistent approach with peers across Solution Delivery

Additional Requirements

  • 10 years of experience, with a proven history of scheduling, managing, leading, and delivering projects from inception to close; demonstrated ability to identify and motivate resources, with the right skillset, to deliver the project scope.

  • Apply project management leadership principles to drive project progress, resolve conflicts between stakeholder groups, and pro-actively manage issue avoidance and resolution.

  • Ability to mentor and train other project managers and analysts to build a strong collaborative environment and advance the value realized from project management.

  • Delivers on project objectives and metrics (Waterfall) or product goals (Agile) while maintaining stakeholder satisfaction and apply a consistent cycle of improvements through retrospectives.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer or Information Science

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Supply Chain + PMP Certification + ScrumMaster Certification AJCIND”
