This is an exempt level position.

Position Summary:

Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) has embarked on a Digital transformation, knowing that quality data drives positive business outcomes. We are seeking a dedicated professional to help take us to the next level of our Data Readiness journey. The ideal candidate will participate in execution of our existing Data Readiness and Quality playbooks, and influence improvements to processes and resource engagement.

Understanding the data structure and functionality of SAP Success Factors, and other HCM, Learning Management, and Work Force Management Systems, with proven ability to generate cross-functional discussions will make you stand out.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead data conversion solution delivery execution for SAP Success Factors, Workforce Management, Payroll. and Time and Attendance or HRIS.

  • Be an integral partner with Solution Delivery and Data Readiness team members to assure data design and implementation meet business requirements.

  • Be a key participant in Solution Design confirmation and fully understand the Functional Design for data conversion objects for each program iteration.

  • Actively engage Business data validators/approvers, systems analysts, data readiness functional analysts, and other related work stream roles to assure data is validated and “fit for purpose.”

  • Fully and confidently represent data conversion solutions to business team members.

  • Create accurate and complete data mapping from relevant sources to target systems.

  • Analyze and determine localized business rules to be used to assess the current state of data quality.

  • Execute Data Profiling results review of data sources, and work to update rules as needed.

  • Identify, monitor and work with business users to proactively and continually cleanse data to support Project timelines, and maintain Data Quality in source systems.

  • Lead the collection of data required for Data Construction, where complete data does not reside in source systems, to enable load into target systems.

  • Facilitate and execute validation of data extracted, transformed, and loaded into source systems, assuring proper data mapping and business rule satisfaction.

  • Attain and record proper approvals for validated data loads.

  • Log and effectively document Data Quality and Data Migration defects and facilitate run to resolution.

  • Properly document all requirements for Risks and Controls/SOX compliance fulfillment for relevant data conversion objects.

  • Actively participate in opportunities for internal team training and team building events.

  • Guide, lead and mentor Data Readiness analysts to effective fulfillment of Data readiness requirements, and progressive skill development.

Job Requirements:

  • 4-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or another related degree of study

  • 3 + years’ experience performing Data Analyst and / or Business Analyst activities

  • 3 + years’ experience performing data conversion activities

  • 3 + years’ experience within HRIS/H2R system implementation and/or support, to include Workforce Management, Benefits, Payroll and Time and Attendance, and/or Leaning Management Systems.

  • 2 + years’ experience with SAP Success Factors.

  • 1-2 years’ experience with SAP S4 Hana is a plus.

  • Previous experience in Data Governance, Data Readiness and/or Data Quality roles

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively connect with internal and external business partners.

  • Excellent facilitation skills, including within internal and cross-functional settings.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, time management, and process leadership skills

  • Maintain a positive work environment through collaboration & conflict resolution

  • Expected to work occasional weekends, holidays, overtime, or a variety of shifts, when needed, to meet deadlines

  • Ability and willingness to travel by auto and air, as needed to achieve business objectives

  • Demonstrated competency working with team members globally whether face-to-face, web conference, telephone or email

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel and Teams
